Global Compression Services (GCS), a leading provider of natural gas compressor equipment, parts and services, has named Michael Dallas as chief financial officer (CFO).
Based in Midland, Texas, Dallas is well-positioned to support GCS’s worldwide mission of providing reliable, efficient compression solutions to energy operations. He spent a decade as CFO in the industrial distribution industry and led merger & acquisition (M&A) integration efforts for a national food distribution company for 14 years.
Dallas has more than 30 years of experience across industrial distribution, mergers and acquisitions (M&As), oil and gas, and banking. He brings deep financial and operational expertise to the role and will serve as a key senior management team member, working closely with the board of directors to lead the company’s finance, business analysis and strategic planning functions. He will also play a critical role in acquisition integration as GCS grows.
